Changes to Appointment System due to Coronavirus Pandemic

Until further notice, to reduce your chances of catching COVID-19 and reduce pressure on the Practice during this busy time, ALL GP appointments will be telephone or video appointments, unless there is a clinical need for you to come to the surgery. This will help minimise risk while continuing to ensure people get the care and advice they need.

We will offer a limited range of face-to-face pre-bookable nursing appointments (dressings for patients who can’t self-manage, immunisations – all child/adolescent vaccinations/flu/whooping cough for pregnant women, shingles and pneumonia for eligible patients, urgent bloods and ECGs as requested by GP, smears and mental health depot injections). If you or anyone in your household develop a cough or fever or are in contact with a confirmed case of Coronavirus or in a household under self-isolation, cancel the appointment and do not attend the surgery. Rebook for at least 14 days later.

From Monday 23rd March, telephone appointments will be bookable on the day only (either by phone or online).

Please either call the surgery or use SystmOnline to book your telephone appointment. If you are not currently set up with online access, please speak to a member of the Patient Reception Team who will be happy to help you
